![]() ![]() In this room, you'll need to use a combination of Flipendo and Glacius, so make sure Hermione has both equipped on her before continuing forward. Then, work your way forward into the next room in this dungeon, with Hermione by herself. In this next area, work your way forward over the bridge, and then rightward over another bridge, dodging and weaving to avoid the fireball enemies that roam the area. Have Ron and Harry pick up the gate a little bit, and then switch to Hermione and crawl through the gap that them lifting it up leaves. Once Hermione is down in the dungeon, the gate you were told to previously ignore due north from the pit we fell into earlier can now be gone through with Hermione. At the top of the stairs, Hedwig will find Hermione and bring her back down to the dungeons. Then, feed him an Owl Treat (the one you just acquired) and send him back the way you came, up the stairs where we previously fought those hideous enemies. When you get those goods, approach the owl perch with Harry and call Hedwig. Within the two treasure chests, you'll find an Owl Treat, as well as the collectors card for Sir Herbert Varney. At the end of this room, you'll find an owl perch, as well as two treasure chests accompanying it. In this next room, going forward will simply lead to a gate that you can't yet cross. You'll find yourself, thereafter, in the next room on our quest. At the end of the series of staircases, drop down into the pit you come across, and then pull yourself back up on the other side. Simply target the foes with Flipendo (a few hits each will do them in) and go down the stairs, engaging these foes in battle as you go downward. Once through the secret wall, Ron and Harry will be forced to go down several staircases covered in evil beings armed with baseball bat-looking bludgeoning weapons and a green gas that temporarily makes Ron and Harry stop to cough, making them vulnerable. Remember - only Ron can find these secret walls. Switch to Ron and search the circular walls around you to find the way out of this pit. After he gives Harry his stuff, you'll get control of Harry. He'll push Harry into a pit in the room you're in now, but then the real Ron shows up and disables Draco. Thereafter, Ron will actually be revealed, as he is Draco Malfoy in disguise. When you get down there, you'll need to dodge a few pieces of armor that are watching the area. When you enter a new part of the building, you'll be shown where Ron is headed, all the way down to the dungeons. In fact, you're going to be following Ron all the way down through the rest of Hogwarts and into the dungeons. This'll free up Ron, but he'll simply go into the adjacent room, and then out of that room as well. ![]() After five solid hits with Flipendo, he'll be no more. Use Flipendo on him, targeting him when he's stationary, and avoiding the things he throws (vases and the like) that can damage you. The ghost puts furniture in front of the other way out of this room, so you'll have to do battle with him as-is. Follow him into the next room, where you'll have to do battle with a ghost character who has Ron caught in some grass-looking substance, unable to move. Before you can even react, he's running down to the dungeons. ![]() Ron wakes you up suddenly in the hospital wing, telling you he's found Sirius Black down in the dungeons. ![]() Before you know it, you'll be in the hospital wing… After getting a grade that will pass you, we're automatically brought to the Quidditch game, where Harry falls and gets hurt. Follow Hagrid's instructions (bow, then mount the beast) and then do what Hagrid tells you, catching 20 bats within the time given. When you get close enough, a cut scene will be activated in which it is revealed that you get to, in fact, ride Buckbeak, a Hippogriff. Once outside, bear left and forward, and then rightward to reach Hagrid's hut. To get down there, you'll have to go down all seven flights from where you are with your Gryffindor comrades, and then outside. You'll have your first class with your new professor, Hagrid, outside of the building you're in. The initial part of this quest is actually quite simplistic. Escape from the Dungeons to the Entrance Hall.Attend Care of Magical Creatures class in the grounds. ![]()
